Color Your World

Hey babes! It's a colorful Wednesday on the blog today.  I know that midweek can be a drag for some people, so try brightening up your day with some color :)
I hope this gives you a little inspo on what to wear for a special event/occasion this summer!

Dress: Keepsake C/O beauxx/ Shoes: Forever21 (similar style)/ Earrings: C/O Lola Blue

I am in love with the colors on this dress and the mirror floral print.  It's so pretty and vibrant making this very girly but fun at the same time.  The length and style makes it a great option for a special occasion.  It's classy, chic, and definitely a stand out piece.  I especially love that it has a little bit of an open back giving it some sex appeal too.  There's lots of other fab dresses at beauxx.com that are perfect for parties and events!
I decided to bring out the blue with my shoes and went with simple accessories since the dress pretty much speaks for itself.  I borrowed my mother's rings to add a little touch of elegance.  I really love the purple stone. It was windy when we took these so don't mind the crazy hair in some of these pics!

I have some new projects that I am working on so I will be sharing that with you all soon. I am really excited and thankful. Things are going to start getting pretty hectic for me and I need to be super organized so that I can stay on top of everything. I would love to get some of your tips on what you do to stay organized!

Pink Simplicity

Happy Tuesday loves!  Thank you all so much for your sweet comments on yesterday's post!
Today is all about simplicity :)

Top: Zara (similar style)/ Jeans: H&M (similar style)/ Shoes: Forever21(shop similar)
Necklace: C/O Love Always/ Bracelet: C/O Bay's Style Diary/ Sunglasses: Target

Since this outfit is really simple, I wanted to add a little dimension with a pop of print.  I haven't worn these floral pumps in awhile but they're adorable and the perfect addition to this look. I got this peplum top last summer on sale at Zara (score!) and I completely forgot about it.  It's such a versatile piece.  I remember wearing it with jean shorts and flat sandals so I definitely dressed it up this time. I love finding hidden gems in my closet that I forgot about it because when I finally wear them again and in a different way, they feel brand new. As I always say, colored denim is a great way to spice up your look, especially during summer! H&M and Forever21 are my go to stores for this.

How cute is this "blogger" necklace from Love Always?  I really want to wear this and my roman numerals one every day.  I never really had an every day necklace until now.  They're so simple, but they both mean something to me.  I also adore this spike charm bracelet from Bay's Style Diary. It's great for wearing alone or stacking with other bracelets.

Have a great day!

People Style Watch Feature

I wanted to post this over the weekend but I didn't get the chance so I figured I would start this week off on a high note and share the news!  I know that some of you already know, but some of you may not have seen it yet. I am so excited to share that I was featured in the July issue of People Style Watch magazine!  Dreams really do come true!  Being in a magazine has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember so there are no words to describe how this feels.  I am so very grateful and appreciative of all the amazing things that have happened in my life and I really believe that my dad has been guiding me along this whole time.  I've had a lot of opportunities fall through so it makes moments like this extra special for me.  Always dream BIG and have faith in yourself because anything is possible.  Keep a positive mind and surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you higher!

It's available at stores now so make sure to check it out if you can!

A huge thank you to all of you who show me so much love and support.  Words can never express how much I appreciate it.

All My Love,
Naty

Floral & Denim

It's a gorgeous Friday!  I have some amazing news to share with you all that I will be posting on here this weekend.  If you follow me on instagram then you already know what it is :) I just wanted to do a separate post for it so that will be coming soon!

Denim Top: Forever21 (shop similar)/ Skirt (old): Forever21 (love this)/ Shoes: C/O Bakers (old)
Bag: H&M/ Sunglasses: Ray-Ban/ Necklace: C/O Love Always

I always talk about reworking older pieces in new ways which is exactly what I did today.  Awhile back I did a post on 3 different ways to style a denim/chambray top and this is another example.  It acts as a neutral so it could be paired with so many things.  I wore it with floral pants before so this time I decided to do it with a floral skirt.  I tied it at the waist then tucked it under. I got this skirt back in 2010.  I remember wearing it on my first trip to LA and I don't think I've worn it since.  I'm so happy that I have held on to it.  I've been wearing these shoes a lot lately in my recent posts because they're my only white ones so I hope you don't mind!  :)

With Father's Day coming up, it's been somewhat of an emotional week for me.  Stephanie from
Love Always made me this very special necklace with my father's death date in roman numerals.  It literally came in today and I could not wait to wear it.  I am completely in love with it and will definitely be wearing this piece every single day! Thank you SO much Stephanie!

Have an amazing weekend loves!

Milkmaid Braid Tutorial

It's another rainy day so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to film a tutorial for the milkmaid braid.  I really hope that it helps you out!  It honestly is a lot easier to do than it probably looks.  The best thing about this hair style is that it's perfect for those days where you just don't feel like washing and blowdrying and it's also great when you are in a rush and just don't have the time.  You can wear it with a casual look or it will add a nice touch of elegance to something a little more dressed up.  You can also make it messy or look more put together.

Here's some celebs rocking this look:

Check out my tutorial and let me know if you decide to try this out!

Summer Color Block

I woke up to such a beautiful day and then I got rained on in the middle of my shoot lol This weather has been so up and down but one thing's for sure, summer is just around the corner! And one of my favorite trends is color blocking :)

Shorts: C/O Style Era/ Blazer: Zara (similar style)/ Tank: Target (similar)
Shoes: C/O Bakers (similar style)/ Sunglasses: Ray-Ban/ Bag: H&M

I wanted to do a little color blocking with this look so I opted for my yellow blazer.  I really love the blue and yellow combo.  It's my second favorite next to blue and red.  These tribal print shorts are so lightweight and easy to wear, whether you want to dress them up like me or dress them down with some flat sandals, they will still look summer chic. I went with a high sleek ponytail and wrapped some hair around the rubber band.  I haven't done this in awhile but I love the sophistication that it brings.
I swear that I have a ton of dresses and bottoms but not as many tops.  I am trying to add more to my wardrobe but for now I am just getting creative with what I already have and reworking older pieces in new ways.

Today's Inspo:

CREATE MY LOVES!!

Thank you all so much for the love and support that you show me.  It really means the world to me! Have an amazing day!
